Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced environment, preferably in digital media or performance marketing. Required skills include demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, comfort in a remote environment with strong communication and time management, familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, basic content formatting including light HTML, basic SEO practices, and an open mind towards AI in workflows. A high level of comfort with learning new systems and tools is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Editorial Assistant will support the FinanceBuzz team in producing high-quality SEO content, assist with the daily publishing process by formatting posts and adding visuals, and update published content for accuracy, monetization, SEO, and reader experience. Responsibilities also include updating data in internal tools, ensuring compliance requirements are met, assisting with documentation, performing fact-checking and copyediting, and collaborating with the Editorial Team to improve skills and foster the FinanceBuzz brand.
