Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced digital media or performance marketing environment. They should possess demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail, be comfortable working remotely with strong communication and time management skills, and have a high level of comfort learning new systems and tools. Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, basic content formatting including light HTML, basic SEO practices, and an open mind towards AI in workflows are also required.

Responsibilities

The Editorial Assistant will support the FinanceBuzz editorial team in producing high-quality SEO content, including formatting posts, creating or adding visuals and HTML tables, and publishing new content. Responsibilities include updating published content for accuracy, monetization, SEO, and reader experience, updating data in internal tools, ensuring compliance requirements are applied to content, and assisting with documentation and fact-checking. The role also involves collaborating with editors to improve skills and contributing to the growth of the FinanceBuzz brand.
