Responsibilities

  • Deliver requested merchandise to company clients promptly, completely, and on time to meet their business needs
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of the assigned delivery truck, respecting company policies and protecting its integrity
  • Comply with delivery routes without any time loss, organizing delivery times as efficiently as possible
  • Offer high-quality customer service to reflect an excellent company image
  • Promote the company as the best option for clients by offering products in good condition and on time
  • Ensure trucks are clean at the end of the workday
  • Verify correct cancellation of invoices in cash or check, and handle documentation carefully
  • Maintain appropriate temperature in trucks to keep products in good condition and intact
  • Communicate client returns to Customer Service for verification and approval
  • Make correct deposits of received money when required, handling and depositing it properly at designated branches
  • Report any product identification or condition anomalies to the Distribution Supervisor for modification
  • Participate in morning meetings to communicate concerns or potential improvements
  • Collaborate in other tasks associated with the position as required by the area or company
