Evaluate retail and warehouse processes to identify automation opportunities
Present analytical findings and AI strategies clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Develop standardized templates and reports for consistent client delivery
Work independently with strong accountability and excellent communication in English
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and e-commerce AI tools (e.g., Helium 10, BQool, Seller Snap, RestockPro, Jungle Scout)
Familiarity with POS, ERP, and AI-powered inventory platforms (e.g., C3 AI)
Experience with enterprise-grade AI tools such as OpenAI API or Google Vertex AI
