Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in program management, business operations, or corporate consulting, ideally in e-commerce or digital platform environments
  • Proven successes in process design, PMO operations, and financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Experience in incentive management, contract management, or operational governance is advantageous
  • Interest or experience in live commerce, retail innovation, or content-driven sales formats, with motivation to shape the future of this area
  • Deep understanding of cross-functional collaboration in large organizations, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals
  • Very good English skills are mandatory; German skills are desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead program management for eBay Live initiatives – steer planning, execution, and tracking of cross-functional projects that accelerate business growth; build scalable frameworks and processes for sustainable growth
  • Design and optimize processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency across product, operations, and marketing teams
  • Responsible for financial planning and incentive frameworks, including budget alignment, resource optimization, and transparent performance measurement
  • Develop performance dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key business metrics, project progress, and strategic outcomes
  • Collaborate with finance and category teams to design and manage incentive programs that promote seller engagement and measurable GMV growth
  • Create and present executive reports, including business cases and strategic recommendations, to ensure transparency and organizational alignment
