Requirements

Ability to install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and develop systems including motor controls, distributive controls, PLCs, communications systems (satellite, cellular, RF), and SCADA
Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently in a team environment
Compliance with DOT, Environmental, Safety, and Regulatory standards
Willingness to travel, handle callouts, and work overtime as needed
Live within 60 minutes of reporting location (Wink, TX)
Calibration skills: Perform calibration on instruments accurately, considering environmental factors like temperature, vibration, noise
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for equipment data, preventative maintenance, work orders, scheduling, inventory, and asset tracking
Knowledge of electrical equipment and distribution networks
Knowledge and experience with industrial control systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC)
Practical knowledge of industrial instrumentation fundamentals (temperature sensors, pressure gauges/transmitters/switches, flow transmitters, temperature controllers)
Safety skills: Recognize and manage risks in complex situations
Safety awareness: Identify potential hazards and evaluate environmental changes

Responsibilities

Provide I&E (instrumentation and electrical) support for assets like natural gas processing plants, pipelines, compressor stations
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and calibrate midstream instrumentation (flow meters, transmitters, sensors, analyzers, data loggers, PLCs, DCS)
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical equipment (motor control centers, generators, transformers, switches, relays, wiring, electrical signal/communication systems, VFDs, PDCs, UPS)
Configure and program industrial control systems; perform loop checks, point-to-point verification, and testing
Maintain complete, accurate, and regulatory-compliant documentation
