Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information in writing and verbally across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage time and resources to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to problem solve and work with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite and Shopify platforms
  • Possibility of travel (up to 300 miles to nearest major airport via vehicle due to remote location)
  • Valid California driver’s license with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years
  • 1-2 years of related professional experience with sales experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and oversee day-to-day operations of Mammoth Mountain Online store (Mammothmountainstore.com)
  • Work directly with buying, marketing, and creative roles to ensure consistent guest experience
  • Support order fulfillment, Shopify administration, and supervise seasonal fulfillment team members
  • Handle uptick in order fulfillment during holiday season
  • Manage all email communication with guests via MammothMountainStore@MammothResorts.com
  • Work in Shopify platform to analyze sales data and manage collections for best guest engagement and sales results
  • Interact with Alterra Mountain Co. Resorts to share best practices or lead new initiatives for Alterra Resorts E-commerce
  • Partner with the DC Manager to implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and corporate directives in the absence of the Director of Retail Administration
