Ability to effectively communicate and present information in writing and verbally across all levels of the organization
Ability to proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage time and resources to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Ability to problem solve and work with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite and Shopify platforms
Possibility of travel (up to 300 miles to nearest major airport via vehicle due to remote location)
Valid California driver’s license with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years
1-2 years of related professional experience with sales experience preferred
High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Maintain and oversee day-to-day operations of Mammoth Mountain Online store (Mammothmountainstore.com)
Work directly with buying, marketing, and creative roles to ensure consistent guest experience
Support order fulfillment, Shopify administration, and supervise seasonal fulfillment team members
Handle uptick in order fulfillment during holiday season
Manage all email communication with guests via MammothMountainStore@MammothResorts.com
Work in Shopify platform to analyze sales data and manage collections for best guest engagement and sales results
Interact with Alterra Mountain Co. Resorts to share best practices or lead new initiatives for Alterra Resorts E-commerce
Partner with the DC Manager to implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and corporate directives in the absence of the Director of Retail Administration
