Requirements

  • Solid understanding of marketplace algorithms, listing optimization, and account health management
  • Experience with inventory planning, basic analytics, and advertising tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Target+, including titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and A+ content
  • Oversee daily marketplace operations: inventory, listing health, account notifications, and overall store performance
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and category trend evaluation to improve ranking and conversions
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory levels, fast shipping, and problem resolution
  • Monitor and adjust advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Target+ ad tools) to maximize ROI
  • Handle performance metrics, analyze sales reports, and create weekly summaries with actionable insights
  • Manage order issues, returns, and customer concerns in alignment with platform policies
