Responsibilities

Oversee daily marketplace operations: inventory, listing health, account notifications, and overall store performance
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and category trend evaluation to improve ranking and conversions
Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory levels, fast shipping, and problem resolution
Monitor and adjust advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Target+ ad tools) to maximize ROI
Handle performance metrics, analyze sales reports, and create weekly summaries with actionable insights
Manage order issues, returns, and customer concerns in alignment with platform policies
