Requirements

Bilingual language skills: native speaker fluency in Dutch and excellent English proficiency
Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry
Thorough working knowledge of common technical issues found in digital video and audio
2-4 years of experience working with digital video, including background and work experience in video editing
Knowledge of subscription video content services and familiarity with their product offerings
Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills
Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and changing environment
Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot video/system playback issues and identify trends to propose short and long-term solutions
Track record of responding quickly and decisively to issues
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Valid work authorization for the US with no need for sponsorship
Ability to work on-site in North East Austin, TX, full-time (40 hours/week) in shifts including at least one weekend day (Sunday-Thursday 10am-7pm or Tuesday-Saturday 10am-7pm)
