HS diploma or equivalent
CDL Class A preferred (but not required)
Hazmat Endorsement preferred (but not required)
Must pass background check and drug screen
Must be able to obtain DOT Medical Card
0-2 years of technical work experience (1 year preferred)
Ability to drive overnight and difficult routes
Electrical and mechanical experience (depending on business unit)
Ability to work without direct supervision
Technically sound
Customer service experience
Critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
Ability to synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly

Responsibilities

Safe operation of a DOT regulated vehicle, transporting materials/equipment
Executing field service activities at customer sites
System troubleshooting
Working with mechanical, electrical, and diesel conditions (as required)
Identifying and remedying safety issues (Company and Customer equipment)
Interfacing directly with customers
Operating at multiple sites/with multiple technologies
Maintaining a safe working environment and culture
Taking care of company property
Demonstrating high impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment
May travel anywhere in the NE region
