Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on safety and performance

Responsibilities

Direct daily dredging operations, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to project timelines

Monitor and maintain dredging equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Implement best practices to minimize environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Maintain accurate logs and reports on production, equipment status, and safety incidents
Collaborate with site managers, logistics teams, and engineering staff to align dredging activities with broader operational goals
