This role involves managing the item creation process to support sales growth with new vendors, gathering item information from vendors, structuring data for US Foods systems, and working with the PIM team to load items for sale. The position requires working with existing vendors to identify optimal sourcing options, establishing substitution items, and driving rich item content for all products to provide customers with comprehensive information. Additionally, the role includes identifying complementary items and performing other duties as assigned by the manager.
