  • Associates degree required or equivalent applicable experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Financial or Leasing experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Booking Platform, Infolease, and Onbase
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Overtime on the last business day of the month is an expectation

Responsibilities

  • Review signed agreement documents for accurate information and compliance with GreatAmerica Policies and procedures
  • Confirm accurate phone number for lessee with a third party source to aid in preventing fraud
  • Verify equipment satisfaction, terms and billing information with End-Users and answer any questions
  • Accurately prepare UCCs and submit them through ILien to secure a purchase money security interest
  • Apply knowledge and ability to understand calculations for financial transactions, including sales and property taxes, variable payments, residuals, rates and yields
  • Input data accurately and process transactions in origination platform to commence End-User invoicing
  • Communicate via phone and/or email with Customers to resolve Documentation issues on transactions
  • Take incoming End-User and Customer calls and answer questions and/or respond to the needs of the caller
  • Restructure contracts based on the needs and details of the transaction (e.g., equipment exchanges, payment changes, tax changes)
  • Independent decision making ability with transactions and workflow
