Requirements

Experience in overseeing all aspects of homebuilding operations, including Land Acquisition, Entitlement, Development, Sales, Construction, Procurement, and Marketing
Ability to develop, implement, and achieve strategic and annual operating plans
Proficiency in monitoring marketplace changes and positioning the division for opportunities
Expertise in recommending long-range strategic and tactical plans for land acquisition and future communities based on market research and competitive data
Skills in recruiting, training, motivating, and managing division management
Capability to develop, implement, and manage customer satisfaction and quality programs

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility for the overall performance of the division across all homebuilding operations
Maximizing business results through setting goals for key financial, operating, customer service, and employee engagement targets
Developing, implementing, and achieving the strategic and annual operating plans of the division
Monitoring relevant changes in the marketplace and positioning the division to take advantage of opportunities
Recommending long-range strategic and tactical plans for land acquisition and future communities based on market research and competitive data
Recruiting, training, motivating, and managing division management to execute company plans and objectives
Developing, implementing, and managing customer satisfaction and quality programs to improve buyer acceptance and satisfaction ratings
Developing an external, local network to ensure continuous success of the company's strategic plan in the local market
