Requirements

High School Diploma with 8+ years experience, Bachelor's with 5+ years, or Master's with 3+ years experience
2+ years experience leading a team of 15+ associates in a warehouse environment
Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Oracle
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications
Lean/Six Sigma experience in a Continuous Improvement Environment

Responsibilities

Responsible for incoming and outgoing materials, reagents, instruments, or equipment to meet customer expectations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control
Perform manual and/or clerical duties utilizing various systems/WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment
Perform planning, scheduling, coordinating, and reporting tasks in support of manufacturing workflow
Coordinate and monitor workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area
Maintain compliance with relevant local, country, and international guidelines
May have responsibility for fulfillment administration and processes
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in a Lean environment
Coordinate with other Supervisors to build and execute productivity plans by reviewing work volume forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering to balance labor across the facility
Communicate policies to associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when required
Perform root cause analysis using the problem-solving process and 5 Whys to develop logical solutions
Provide performance feedback and development opportunities to direct reports by holding monthly 1-on-1 meetings using the Danaher standard form
