Responsibilities

Evaluate distribution system operations
Work on multiple projects while prioritizing work
Interface with utility clients and collaborate with their operations team
Plan distribution system outages for performing maintenance and upgrade work
Utilize GIS information to aid in design
Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced staff members
Regularly meet and correspond with clients, equipment suppliers, surveyors, and construction personnel
Arrange distribution system outages
Provide capacity planning studies
Prepare calculations and equipment specifications
Field walkdowns
Response to field questions
