Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, and possess 2-5 years of distribution engineering experience. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

The Distribution Design Engineer will provide engineering and design services for overhead and underground utility distribution line projects (34kV and below), preparing distribution line designs using client’s network software and design standards. They will work on multiple projects, interface with clients and design teams, develop construction packages, utilize GIS information, provide leadership and guidance, and respond to field questions during construction. Additionally, the engineer will prepare design calculations, material selection, and conduct field walkdowns.
