Responsibilities

Lead team to ensure customer orders are processed and shipped on-time and accurately
Mentor and facilitate teams to meet customer and business requirements
Drive successful obtainment of Distribution goals and metrics, including analyzing and identifying trends
Supervise performance development of warehouse operators
Ensure GMP compliance and maintain safety standards
Manage department budgets
Identify areas for improvement, build future capabilities, and lead implementation of new technologies and projects across functions
Develop and report on departmental measures
Initiate projects for continuous improvement
Participate in cross-functional teams and represent JOM, Janssen, and Johnson & Johnson
