Responsibilities

Lead approximately 30+ warehouse employees as the front line connection
Engage and inspire the team to meet and exceed daily targets
Drive daily work execution and monitor work performance
Drive an engaged, productive team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative, and leveraging continuous improvement thinking
Support the Operations Manager in total leadership and operations
Work 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30am PST-12:30pm PST, with additional flexibility for overtime as needed due to business needs
