Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in Institutional, hospitality, food service or hygiene industry
  • Willing to travel overnight as required
  • Growth mindset with demonstrated experience winning new accounts
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to solving challenges to exceed client expectations
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous business to business commercial sales experience
  • Proven negotiation, relationship management, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and cultivate relationships with distributor corporate account managers and commercial teams
  • Develop and execute growth, marketing and training plans for assigned distributors
  • Cold-call and prospect to secure new accounts and generate new sales within a specific geographic area directly and with key distribution partners
  • Introduce new products and enhance distributor sales and service capabilities through presentations, training and demonstrations
  • Identify competitive sales targets and facilitate cross-divisional sales opportunities
