Requirements

Ability to manage pharmacist scheduling and payroll for the district
Proficiency in handling vaccine clinic scheduling, including daily checks and revisions during flu season
Skills in administrative activities such as expenses, payroll, and supply ordering
Capability to pull, format, and analyze reporting to identify performance opportunities
Experience following up on outstanding issues like exception reporting, audits, and escalations
Competence in managing calendars and email requests
Ability to serve as a change champion, tracking pilots and rollouts while providing feedback

Responsibilities

Set and maintain Pharmacist schedule for stores in the district, including holes list, shift coverage, DSP Pharmacist calendar, vacation approvals, coverage coordination, and sick call coverage
During flu season, input clinics into VCS, check the scheduling tool daily, move Pharmacists to cover clinics as needed, and contact affected pharmacists
Track and submit Pharmacist payroll based on the schedule and payroll processing schedule
Manage Vaccine Clinic Scheduling for flu season, inputting clinics 3 weeks out, revising schedules, and assisting with additional clinic coverage
Partner with DSPL to ensure DSPs are scheduled appropriately to support operations
Handle administrative activities for DL, RX, including expense submission, store supply ordering, HR ticket submissions, TempAlert excursions, and HR Audits
Pull, format, and analyze reporting to highlight district and individual pharmacy opportunities for DL, RX, DSPL, and PMs
Follow up on outstanding issues such as exception reporting, CRS audits, IT/service ticket escalations
Manage calendar and email requests for the DL, RX during store visits
Serve as change champion, liaising with CSC partners to track and monitor progress on pilots and new program rollouts, providing feedback to CSC project teams
