Previous experience in Mastercard Card Payment Disputes is essential. Candidates must be confident in written and verbal communication and able to become a trusted point of escalation for the team.
Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to card payments, build timelines for dispute claims, and submit valid chargebacks. Analyze and resolve disputes in line with Mastercard scheme guidelines, communicate effectively with customers, and make fair decisions based on investigations. Identify and support vulnerable customers, handle disputes within SLAs, complete investigation files, and identify areas for process optimization. Upskill to engage with the Mastercard chargeback process up to the Second Presentment stage and share knowledge with peers. Recognize and communicate emerging trends in disputes to the Team Manager.
