Requirements

High School education or equivalent
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
High integrity and professionalism
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs
Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude – leading by example

Responsibilities

Remain calm, cool and collected during even the busiest of times
Embody Level99’s Concept Essence & cultural values. Utilize all education efforts for Food and Beverage Staff
Takes initiative, seeing what needs to be done, and being proactive to keep things always moving forward
Model a warm, approachable attitude and behavior - exactly as we wish to be treated ourselves
Works with and recognizes themselves as a part of a bigger team to bring success
Consistently and consciously works with other Team Members to ensure efficient and quality service to guests
Assists the Culinary Management team to ensure continuous compliance with all relevant federal/state laws, insurance requirements, Landlord regulations, and company policies by maintaining employee safety within the kitchen and restaurant space while being proactive about potential challenges to the welfare of staff and guests
Ensure all dish/small/cookware is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and returned in proper order
Assists the Culinary Management team to prepare for and execute all cleaning and maintenance tasks
Cleaning and proper storage of all dishes & smallwares
