The Customer Service Representative will handle the receipt and intake of new cases, ensuring proper system drafting and setup. Responsibilities include entering information into the system, working with clients on missing information, sorting and organizing medical documents, monitoring and tracking cases to meet deadlines, assigning cases to physicians based on specific criteria, and updating clients on case progress.
