Requirements

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Preferred: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • Experience in management consulting, financial planning, business operations, or product development
  • Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance, with significant focus on building revenue and growth ideas
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, concise, and impactful way – turning research & hard numbers into compelling stories and useful strategic insights to a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience at the intersection of business strategy, financial planning & analytics, and project management

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy and implementation aspects of the CS Monetization and Value Initiative, focusing on transforming Client Services to a value-focused monetization model to drive sustainable revenue growth, including regular assessments to ensure investment is directed to highest-impact, highest-growth initiatives supporting CS2030 and Visa 2030 Strategy
  • Create business proposals with financial models, working alongside CS functional area owners and pricing teams to create the roadmap for change
  • Develop insights that help prioritize and accelerate Visa's growth and strengthen stakeholder engagement by leading priority initiatives
  • Provide fact-based understanding of competitive landscape / market opportunities
  • Develop an effective tracking mechanism that monitors operational performance, KPIs, and progress towards targets and strategic objectives (OKRs)
  • Be the CS revenue operations SME by collaborating with stakeholders from CS, Pricing, Finance, Product, Legal to operationalize revenue initiatives, optimize billing process, and ensure accurate revenue reporting
  • Perform quantitative analysis and financial modeling to develop practical solutions and actionable recommendations for complex and ad-hoc revenue initiatives across CS organization
  • Continually conceptualize and operationalize innovative ideas for CS service offerings that add value to clients
  • Work closely with Client Services teams and leadership, as well as partners in Sales, Product, and Finance across the globe
