Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Planning, Merchandising and Retail/Sales, and closely related fields with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields
  • Deep understanding of consumer, product, and marketplace dynamics
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Mastery of retail metrics and planning methodologies (stock & sales planning, gross to net, shipment, and liquidation)
  • Strategic financial decision-making through an enterprise-wide lens
  • Ability to shape and align mid-to-long term growth strategies with cross-functional leaders
  • Inspirational leadership to navigate complexity and deliver results with optimism

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly, seasonal, and annual planning across NSP, NVS, and NSO channels, driving execution to achieve revenue, margin, market share, and inventory goals
  • Develop and achieve Sport retail sales and revenue plans through strategic Business Planning and lead monthly and seasonal forecasting with a focus on driving actionable risks and opportunities
  • Optimize store capacity in NSO and NVS, and balance NVS productivity through rebuy and close-out decisions in partnership with EBP, Inventory Ops, and Marketplace teams to maintain inventory health
  • Influence external NSP partners to drive consumer-right investments and agile in-season trading, while maintaining optimal store assortments and delivering on sales, revenue and wholesale levers including RTV and CXL
  • Implement global and geo planning capabilities to optimize revenue through Stock & Sales Planning, Open-to-Buy (OTB), Allocations, and Pricing & Promotions
  • Build comprehensive consumer-right assortment depth and breadth in NSO/NVS with strong x-functional integration to ensure optimal seasonal investment at the SKU level, aligning with consumer demand and marketplace dynamics
  • Inspire collaboration and drive decisive action across teams, ensuring alignment and execution against seasonal and strategic priorities
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture of accountability, continuous learning, and development within the Nike Direct Store (NDS) team and the broader planning organization
