  • Portfolio of relevant work displaying passion for the art and science of Styling across Retail, Digital & Campaign
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design or related field (or suitable combination of education, experience, and training)
  • Minimum of 9 years directly relevant work experience
  • Positive mentality with proven ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining creative quality
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and external creative partners
  • Subject matter expert of fashion, sport and youth culture – current and past
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Keynote, Excel and Photoshop (Mac proficiency strongly preferred)
  • Ability to travel approximately 4 times per year

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Senior Director, Styling Design Excellence to define the long-term styling excellence strategy, ensuring that styling direction, tools and world-building principles are embedded across key gates
  • Lead the development of seasonal styling ethos and sell-in tools that inform & support end in mind styling execution across Retail, Digital & Campaign
  • Conduct styling workshops, photoshoots, trend research and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional partners to ensure styling direction aligns with key business objectives and seasonal priorities
  • Oversee photoshoots, room builds, product coordination, and presentation tools that connect design intent to visual storytelling
  • Lead, manage and mentor direct reports – providing feedback, building capability, and maintaining alignment; inspire a culture of collaboration, trust and creative confidence
  • Partner closely with operations on planning and processes for Styling Design Excellence, balancing creative needs with timelines, budgets, and bandwidth across seasons
  • Demonstrate strong passion and deep understanding of Jordan brand Sport dimensions, representing the Styling Excellence function in key forums
