Requirements
Candidates should have 15+ years of industry experience in a sales or pre-sales capacity, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing and mentoring high-performing teams. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required. Strong domain expertise in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and SaaS Solutions is essential, along with solid technical knowledge of SQL database ecosystems. Exceptional communication skills and a consultative sales approach are necessary, and fluency in French is a plus.
Responsibilities
The Director of Solution Engineering will build and lead a team of solution engineers and SE managers, coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve team goals, and partner with sales leadership to meet regional quotas and ensure customer success. They will provide guidance on sales strategy, interpret complex problems, and collaborate closely with various teams to deliver winning solutions.
