Responsibilities

  • Build a world-class organization and establish the blueprint for leveraging AI-enabled financial software
  • Land the proposition of accounts payable software plus AI agents for finance teams in the market
  • Lead and drive sales growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, excellent customer service, and outstanding execution
  • Oversee the expansion of Airwallex's software footprint within UK Enterprise businesses
  • Shape ideal candidate profile, make hiring decisions, and optimize onboarding strategy
  • Structure and focus go-to-market initiatives and software sales campaigns, drive execution and measurement, analyze results, and provide recommendations
  • Define key sales support mechanisms, processes, and programs to accommodate rapid business growth and achieve revenue and market development objectives
  • Recruit and lead a team of Account Executives dedicated to expanding software footprint in the UK enterprise segment
  • Drive deal strategy and collaborate across the business to ensure healthy pipeline, strong funnel conversion, high win rates, and margin preservation
  • Work effectively across the organization to influence product roadmap and promote best practices for selling and forecasting
