Responsibilities

Responsibilities include managing Engineering Managers and Senior Engineering Managers to lead the growth and continuous improvement of a team of over 50 Software Engineers. The role involves driving product quality, stability, and performance while scaling, amplifying engineering excellence through best practices, mentorship, and a culture of continuous improvement. This role also requires partnering with peers on the Leadership Team to drive company strategy and advance critical company objectives.
