Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance, with a preference for 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Software product strategy, including roles in Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or entrepreneurial ventures. Experience with sales, revenue, and portfolio P&L governance is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Sales (ANZ) will lead the ANZ sales team, overseeing all bookings and revenue within the region, managing people management activities such as recruitment and performance management, achieving monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets, developing and monitoring sales processes, owning the sales forecast, assisting with deal conversion, measuring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), initiating and managing partner activity, ensuring consistent CRM application, collaborating with marketing on demand generation, and participating in industry events. They will also serve as a subject matter expert within ANZ and the wider APAC region.
