Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director, Risk Operations will lead and develop expert teams in fraud, credit risk, and collections, setting performance expectations and fostering collaboration. They will oversee the execution of daily operations including fraud detection, credit reviews, chargebacks, dispute resolution, and collections, while owning rule engines and risk models. This role involves creating and improving policies, procedures, and workflows, defining risk appetite, and driving operational strategy and efficiency through metrics, standardization, and the leverage of machine learning and AI.
