Responsibilities
- Drive organic growth and client retention through the execution of the Holistic value proposition
- Build and lead a team of Safety and Claims professionals who deliver indispensable, tailored safety and claims management insights and solutions
- Manage deployment of claims and loss control resources that drive Organic Growth and Retention within the Region (30%)
- Lead and develop colleagues and direct reports (8-12 colleagues or more) with the goal of creating a best-in-class Team that has high morale and lives core values
- Provide input into the Firm’s strategic and tactical goals with regards to safety and claims management strategies and initiatives
