Requirements
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Create and share best practices to enhance RFP response efficiency, including training regional teams on tools, templates, and strategies that improve win rates and elevate response quality
- Collaborate with regional teams to refine, standardize, and streamline RFP processes, ensuring adoption of proven methods and smooth coordination on large-scale, high-value opportunities
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance metrics, identifying process gaps, and implementing improvements that consistently deliver high-quality submissions on time with reduced operational strain
- Collaborate with technology teams on a regular cadence to review AI capabilities, share feedback from end-users, and align on product roadmap priorities that enhance AI application efficiency
- Identify and expand AI use cases beyond word and excel RFP response, explore powerpoint pitch, executive summary, Agentic AI for RFP project management, and other process automation related opportunities
- Host regional office hours sessions to provide hands-on seller training, address user questions, and demonstrate the latest RFP best practices
- Maintain and update training materials on corporate knowledge platforms (e.g., Compass, Visa University), ensuring documentation reflects current functionalities, best practices, and user tips for effective RFP response
- Develop and maintain a structured RFP content repository by partnering with cross-functional teams, organize and consolidate historical RFP responses, product documentation, and Visa-related materials into an AI-ready, easily accessible database
- Implement a content governance framework to define ownership, support models, and scope of RFP related content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Continuously optimize content quality and accessibility through periodic reviews, metadata tagging, and version control, enabling faster and more consistent RFP responses
