  • Lead the Regional Success enablement program, equipping regional roles (Executive Directors to Operations Coordinators) with tools, insights, and skills
  • Design best-in-class hiring resources and lead comprehensive onboarding
  • Deliver end-to-end training experiences aligned with every stage of the course delivery journey
  • Engage leaders in bidirectional consultation to align learning plans with organizational goals and staff needs (35%)
  • Set strategy and lead projects for comprehensive L&D experiences for regional roles (35%)
