Requirements

Candidates must possess prior quality leadership and technical management experience in development and/or commercial programs, with a strong knowledge of cGMP quality systems. Experience in a biotechnology and pharmaceutical development environment is required.

Responsibilities

The Director, Quality will be accountable for the end-to-end quality compliance of assigned products and programs, serving as the primary Quality representative in Product Strategy Team meetings. Responsibilities include leading Product Quality Teams, monitoring product data for risks, reviewing change control strategies, providing technical oversight for deviations and CAPAs, contributing to regulatory submissions, overseeing CMC changes, supporting PAI/PLI readiness and inspections, and assisting with technology transfers and product launches.
