BA/BS degree
Minimum of 10 years' experience in quality or automation (or any combination of education and experience providing equivalent background)
Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Responsibilities

Lead and evaluate end-to-end business functions to understand current gaps and direct root cause analysis
Partner with IT and digital to develop technology solutions to drive quality automation for call centers, claims processing, and benefit enrollment processes
Direct and recommend actions to ensure compliance with quality goals across the enterprise
Establish and implement applicable metrics to monitor effectiveness of automated/digital quality initiatives
Lead quality automation value propositions and develop cost optimization
Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports
Build and execute service quality and digital automation solutions across member and provider service platforms for commercial, government, provider call centers, and claims processing areas
