Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in quality or automation (or any combination of education and experience providing equivalent background)
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evaluate end-to-end business functions to understand current gaps and direct root cause analysis
  • Partner with IT and digital to develop technology solutions to drive quality automation for call centers, claims processing, and benefit enrollment processes
  • Direct and recommend actions to ensure compliance with quality goals across the enterprise
  • Establish and implement applicable metrics to monitor effectiveness of automated/digital quality initiatives
  • Lead quality automation value propositions and develop cost optimization
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports
  • Build and execute service quality and digital automation solutions across member and provider service platforms for commercial, government, provider call centers, and claims processing areas
