Requirements

- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD)
- Or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
- Preferred: 12 or more years of work experience
Responsibilities
- Help define and drive the strategic vision for Global Product Delivery, aligning with Visa’s broader business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformational programs that significantly impact business growth
- Oversee and guide the execution of complex, multi-regional programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with high-quality outcomes
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program delivery; develop robust contingency plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive leadership and key stakeholders; communicate program progress, risks, and opportunities effectively
- Champion innovative approaches to program management; implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of program managers; foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
