Requirements

  • Experience defining and managing product strategy for data platforms and analytics solutions
  • Experience with the full product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution
  • Experience leading and mentoring product teams
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, etc.)
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Knowledge of MarTech tools and technologies
  • Understanding of data platforms, segmentation, experimentation, and cross-channel engagement
  • Experience with Agile principles

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Customer and Marketing data product strategy
  • Establish objective goals for the product with success criteria and KPIs
  • Own and manage business cases and budget
  • Translate strategy into a roadmap with well-defined capabilities
  • Allocate and manage work across product teams using Agile principles
  • Apply a rigorous prioritization approach
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Analysts
  • Own development of Team OKRs and monitor progress
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide progress updates
  • Provide guidance on product design and integration
  • Evaluate and incubate applications of emerging technologies (GenAI, Agentic AI, Reinforcement Learning)
