  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas including global supply chain, stores network, product teams, store operations, core business teams, engineering, technology, and data sciences

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across global supply chain and stores network to bring new capabilities to life
  • Improve strategic alignment and product portfolio health tied to enterprise and stores strategic functions
  • Drive cross-portfolio collaboration and lead delivery management across business processes, store operations, product, technology, and data sciences
  • Support end-to-end capabilities across stores with a focus on optimization and fulfillment
  • Develop strong connections with partners in stores product teams, store operations, and core business teams for effective program communication
  • Work with product, engineering, and core partners on sequencing recommendations and stakeholder communication
  • Support transition of prioritized programs to other workstream leaders, ensuring ongoing ownership and communication
  • Understand and translate key business objectives and strategy, supporting communication to the team in partnership with product teams
  • Establish metrics and goals in partnership with product teams, building key metrics to monitor progress
  • Drive partnership with analytics to achieve outcomes, measure key results, and improve products
  • Keep up with industry end-to-end retail trends
  • Set the overall strategic vision for Product Operations Portfolio Management and Delivery Management
  • Ensure achievement of identified business outcomes and metrics, including quarterly OKRs
  • Build, coach, and mentor a strong team of product operations managers
