Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the product portfolio powering movement of inventory across Target’s Global Supply Chain and Logistics (GSCL) network (inbound and outbound)
  • Develop and optimize technology supporting data foundations, transit time accuracy, inbound scheduling, trailer content services, and yard management
  • Drive initiatives delivering transformational improvements in supply chain visibility, accuracy, efficiency, and cost optimization
  • Support diverse user base including suppliers, carriers, and internal Target teams using third-party and custom-built applications
  • Set overall strategic vision for product space and product team
  • Manage product’s budget and financials
  • Set short- and long-term product goals and quarterly OKRs
  • Build, coach, and mentor team of product managers
  • Build strong team culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams
  • Elevate team performance through feedback to all roles
  • Work with senior leadership and peers to negotiate and remove execution barriers
  • Drive product discovery with key stakeholders to validate hypotheses and concepts before committing engineering time
  • Lead highly complex work across teams
