Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with a technical and/or business emphasis and 7-10+ years of experience in a product management, engineering, or technology strategy role. Extensive experience in product management practices is required, along with proven leadership experience driving successful, high-quality product delivery end to end. A self-starter mindset, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong, productive relationships are essential.

Responsibilities

The Director of Product Management will build and mentor highly functioning product teams. They will define product roadmaps across the Rescale platform, prioritizing capabilities and features that drive customer value and business growth. Engaging with customers to understand their problems and gathering continuous feedback is crucial. They will define and scope iterations of new capabilities, creating user stories, and collaborating with development and engineering for quick value delivery. Additionally, they will represent Rescale with analysts, press, and media, and own the delivery, field enablement, customer understanding, and commercial success of their product area.
