Responsibilities

  • Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for the battery product line – 10Y view
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts to guide innovation and portfolio expansion
  • Build organizational capabilities in product management, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle across multiple product families, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs
  • Prioritize product investments and resource allocation based on ROI, market potential, and strategic fit
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings to promote thought leadership and product vision
  • Partner with R&D, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development, launch, and commercialization
  • Drive alignment across functions to ensure timely delivery, quality, and profitability of the product line
  • Own the P&L for the Battery product line across all OEM accounts, including revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin optimization
