  • 5-10 years proven experience in leading automation strategy and implementation
  • Strong technical knowledge of various automation and AI technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Power Automate, AirTable, etc
  • Experience with business process re-engineering and workflow optimization
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency managing technical projects and working with large cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of data governance and warehousing

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and execution of digital and enterprise-wide automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Analyzes existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, streamlining workflows, and improving quality
  • Oversees the discovery, design, and deployment of automated solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and compliance with standards
  • Manages and mentors process and automation team, collaborates with Technology and other stakeholders, and fosters a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement
  • Stays current on emerging automation technologies, implements new tools, and educates and supports teams
  • Establishes KPIs to measure process performance, monitors automation solutions, and ensures governance ownership and adherence to standards
  • Oversees a team of process and automation professionals to drive continuous improvement, deployment of solutions, and adoption of new technologies
