Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in pricing and packaging, including usage-based pricing
  • Deep experience in Product and Pricing analysis
  • Deep experience collaborating with Product, Finance and Sales organizations as it relates to product and solution monetization and commercialization
  • Experience managing analytics projects from creation to delivery, including developing structured solutions
  • Extraordinary communicator and project manager with the ability to prioritize projects and clearly communicate timelines to team and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end pricing strategy: Define, articulate and enable Ironclad’s pricing and packaging strategy across all offerings; partner closely with Product and Engineering on roadmap pricing implications
  • Lead high-priority pricing projects, including the development of Ironclad’s AI pricing strategy (inclusive of new pricing models like usage-based pricing) and product/feature launches
  • Serve as the primary pricing subject matter expert and trusted advisor to cross-functional partners and the executive team on all pricing and packaging initiatives
  • Establish clear monetization principles, pricing governance, define core pricing metrics and drive alignment with Pricing Council prior to product launches; establish pricing policies across customer segments and ensure evergreen updates to pricing framework and strategies based on customer feedback, competitive intelligence and business performance
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure clear comms for sales and external customers
