Requirements

  • Technical expertise and real-world experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, including AI+Data+Workflow
  • Strong executive engagement skills and ability to engage with customer executives (Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, Directors, VPs, CXOs)
  • Ability to understand customer business strategy and translate pain points into ServiceNow solutions
  • Leadership skills to lead and motivate a team of pre-sales Architects
  • Experience in architecture and design engagements for IT Transformation, Digital Products/Services, Platform as a Service, Enterprise Service Management, and industry-specific solutions
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow’s architecture development methods (Guided Architecture and LEAP), modelling approaches, and integration patterns
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, solution consulting leaders, customers, partners, and internal ServiceNow business units
  • Inspirational mindset and thought leadership to build credibility, trust, and best-in-class solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of pre-sales Architects to engage customers, create value at scale, foster agility and resilience
  • Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and opportunities, translating them into ServiceNow solutions
  • Articulate how ServiceNow enables and delivers value to customer business strategy, integrating into their technology landscape
  • Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate ServiceNow solutions for strategic customers
  • Leverage the Enterprise Architecture team across multiple levels to drive alignment and impact throughout the customer journey
  • Work with strategic partners to co-create and position joint value propositions based on ServiceNow differentiators
  • Communicate ServiceNow platform architecture details at various levels
  • Ensure team uses architecture development methods, modelling, and patterns
  • Interact and maintain relationships at multiple levels within customer accounts
  • Provide thought leadership, collaborate with internal business units, and lead workshops, best practice overviews, educational sessions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consulting leaders for team deployment into high-impact accounts and opportunities
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and quality assurance for the team
