Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics with a strong preference for People Analytics, Recruitment Analytics
  • Experience architecting systems, data flows, and analytical frameworks for workforce measurement
  • Ability to integrate data across HR, Finance, Recruiting, and Operations
  • Expertise in designing scalable data architecture, reporting standards, ownership, quality, and governance models
  • Leadership experience building and managing a team of analysts (Workforce Planning, Recruiting Analytics, People Insights)
  • Coaching and development skills for analysts to deliver high-quality reporting and insights
  • Storytelling ability to turn data into narratives connecting to business impact
  • Partnership experience with executives, business leaders, IT, Data Engineering, Finance, Recruiting Leadership, ESPs, and Workforce Planning Manager
  • Skills in headcount forecasting, scenario planning, workforce planning aligned with business goals and budget
  • Experience modeling recruiting capacity/demand, optimizing funnel conversion, evaluating hiring performance
  • Proficiency in building standardized dashboards, success metrics for Talent Acquisition and employee lifecycle
  • Roadmap development for People Analytics, including HCM integration, data lake, advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI-driven insights
  • Knowledge of machine learning, predictive models, ethical AI use, compliance in workforce data

Responsibilities

  • Define data architecture and reporting standards for People data, establishing ownership, quality, and governance
  • Integrate data across HCM/HRIS, People Tech Stack, and Finance systems for a unified source of truth
  • Lead design and implementation of scalable people data infrastructure and reporting layer with IT, Data Engineering, Finance
  • Build and lead team spanning Workforce Planning, Recruiting Analytics, People Insights
  • Coach/develop analysts for high-quality reporting, analysis, executive insights; manage priorities, capacity, culture
  • Partner with leaders, ESPs, Finance, Workforce Planning Manager for headcount forecasting, scenario planning, reconciliation
  • Translate business growth into hiring/workforce plans aligned with budget/strategy; align recruiting demand with capacity/funnel/priorities
  • Partner with Recruiting Leadership to model capacity/demand, optimize funnel, evaluate hiring; build dashboards for pipeline, time-to-fill, quality
  • Ensure alignment of recruiting data, workforce plans, business forecasts
  • Establish standard dashboards/success metrics for Talent Acquisition and employee lifecycle
  • Partner with Sr. Manager of Talent Management/ESPs to action insights on engagement, retention, performance
  • Empower executives with intuitive, data-driven insights for decision-making and priorities
  • Develop/execute People Analytics roadmap: from foundational architecture/reporting to HCM integration, data lake, advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI insights
  • Partner with data/business systems teams on ML/predictive models; shape People Team’s AI/data strategy for ethics, compliance, value
