Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead and execute the full cycle talent acquisition and retention cycle for high-priority, complex engineering and technical roles, from intake to closing
  • Partner closely with engineering and operations leaders, acting as the trusted advisor to calibrate, define success criteria, and set the bar
  • Implement scalable, best-in-class recruiting strategies, optimizing TA processes, assessment methodologies, and the end-to-end candidate experience
  • Help mentor and actively develop a high-performing recruiting team in proactive sourcing, deep pipeline generation, and objective candidate evaluation
  • Champion tool improvements by introducing AI-driven solutions and data analysis, driving efficiency without compromising quality
