The role involves building, mentoring, and inspiring a team of systems engineers while fostering a culture of technical rigor, collaboration, and professional growth.
Strong candidates will have 10–15+ years of systems engineering experience in defense or aerospace, proven leadership of complex programs, expertise in INCOSE standards, MBSE, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams from concept to deployment.
