  • 7+ years of experience in sales within the transportation or logistics industry
  • Experience in Food Grade Tanker sales within the transportation industry (required)
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Strong relationships with leading food grade tanker customers (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop key customer base driving new business and implement sales strategies for Food Grade Tanker services
  • Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer issues
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Stevens Transport's Food Grade Tanker services
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to the supporting team
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and address concerns
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations
